Auction Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all online bidding conducted by Ginza Xiaoma. By registering an account to participate in Ginza Xiaoma’s auction, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Registration
You must register for an account before you can bid. There is no fee to create a membership. All registration information provided shall be accurate, complete and current. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential, as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account.
All personal data obtained in the context of registration will be treated in strict confidence and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
Deposit and Verification
If there is suspicious or irregular activity such as bid rigging or price fixing, Ginza Xiaoma reserves the right to: refuse your registration and/or revoke your permission to participate in the auction; require documents to prove your identity and/or a monetary deposit of 30,000 JPY.
The deposit amount will be fully refunded after the auction ends or will be applied towards the final amount if you are the successful bidder. Failure to submit the remaining balance on the winning auction within 24 hours of receiving an invoice will result in forfeit of the deposit amount. Forfeiting bidders will be forbidden from taking part in any future auctions held by Ginza Xiaoma.
Our Platform
We do not guarantee that our auction platform or any content is free from errors. We may update the information at any time. We will not be liable if our auction page is unavailable for any reason at any time.
Bidding
All auction items have a small reserve price. Only bids submitted through our platform will be accepted. You can place bids in two ways: (1) by manually entering a standard bid and/or (2) by using the increment bid button.
The highest unique bid shall be deemed the winning bidder. If two or more bidders attempt to lodge identical bids, the first one received and acknowledged by our platform will take precedence.
Each auction will start and end at the stated time and date specified on the lot. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an auction in event of server or internet failure, or for any other reason that in our opinion affects our ability to properly run the auction.
Currency Conversion
All bids are displayed in JPY and the final checkout will be processed in JPY. We do not accept reliability for currency fluctuations.
Payment and Collection
By bidding, you are entering a contract to buy the item and to deliver payment within the time period specified (24 hours from receiving the order invoice). If you are the successful bidder, you will receive an invoice after the auction. You have the option to make an online payment by direct bank transfer, PayPal transfer, or major credit or debit card. You agree to bear any fee charged by your bank or card provider in respect of any transaction.
In addition to the winning bid price, the buyer agrees to pay for any applicable taxes and duties and transaction fees. If you do not pay within 24 hours after receiving the order invoice, Ginza Xiaoma has the right to offer the item to the 2nd highest bidder.
Place your bids accordingly and read all descriptions prior to placing your bids. All sales are final.

Additional Terms
The contents of these Terms and Conditions may change as needed. You agree to be bound to any changes when you use the website after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you keep yourself up to date with the Terms and Conditions and any changes to them.
Governing Law
These terms and Conditions and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Japan.
ユーザーガイド
1.オークションは2023年1月23日午前10時（日本時間）に始まり、2023年1月29日午後12時（日本時間）に終了します。オークション終了時間の5分前までに、他の入札があった場合、オークション終了時間が自動的に5分延長されます。
すべてのオークションアイテムには、最低落札価格が設定されています。
入札希望者は手動で入札金額を設定することができます。「入札」ボタンをクリックし、1クリック10,000円単位で入札することができます。アイテムごとのオークション終了時間間隔は3分です。
入札した価格が最高落札価格であっても、設定された最低落札価格に達しない場合、落札に至りません。オークション終了までに、最高入札者に限って、「現在、最低落札価格に達していないため、不落札となります」という通知メッセージを見ることができます。
2.オークションは GINZA XIAOMA（銀座ショーマ）のサイトの会員登録者であれば誰でも参加できます。登録は無料です。
3.入札金額はすべて日本円で表示され、最終決済も日本円で行われます。
4.落札商品全ては送料無料でご対応させて頂きます。オークションに出品される商品は、出品元を全て開示してありますので、入札前にご確認のほどよろしくお願いいたします。＊落札商品についての決済手数料または別途料金などは落札者様のご負担となりますのでご了承ください。
5.オークション終了後、落札者に請求書が送付されます。落札者は、請求書を受け取ってから24時間以内に、全額の支払いを完了しなければなりません。
6.お支払い方法につきまして、銀行振込、クレジットカード、PayPalなどをご利用いただけます。

7.請求書を受け取られてから、24時間以内にお支払いの確認が取れなかった場合、落札者は落札を放棄したとみなされ、落札されたアイテムは次点の落札者に提供されます。
8.落札を放棄された方につきましては、今後銀座ショーマが開催するすべてのオークションへの参加をお断りします。
9.入札者はご登録時に正確な情報をご登録する必要があります。虚偽または誤解を招くような情報で登録したアカウントについて、当社は入札の取り消し、またはご参加を拒否する権利を有します。
10.当社は、不正入札や価格操作が疑われる行為など、規則違反が確認されたアカウントからの入札を取り消したり、拒否したりする権利を有します。
11.入会金、年会費は無料ですが、入札者のアカウント認証およびオークション参加のために、30,000円の保証金の入金をお願いする場合があります。この保証金は、オークション終了後に全額返金するか、落札があった場合の最終的な支払い金額に充当されます。落札者が24時間以内に支払いを行わなかった場合、保証金は返金されません。
12.電子メール、インスタグラム、当社のソーシャルメディアのページを通じての入札は一切受け付け致しかねます。
オークション利用規約
本規約は、銀座ショーマが実施するすべてのオンライン入札に適用されます。銀座ショーマの実施するオークションに参加するためにアカウントを登録することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
参加登録
入札を行うには、事前にアカウント登録が必要です。アカウント作成は無料です。登録の際に提供される情報はすべて、正確かつ最新のものでなければなりません。
すべての入札者は18歳以上である必要があります。入札者は、自身のアカウントに関連するあらゆる事柄について責任を負うものとし、ユーザー名とパスワードを他に漏らさないことに同意するものとします。
登録の際に取得されたすべての個人情報は、関連する個人情報保護法に従い、厳重に管理されます。
入金および認証
入札談合や価格操作等の不正が疑われる行為や規則に違反する行為があった場合、銀座ショーマは、利用者の登録を拒否する、オークションへの参加を取り消す、本人確認書類の提出、30,000円の保証金を入金いただく、などの対応を求める権利を有します。
保証金は、オークション終了後に全額返金する、または落札があった場合に最終的な支払い金額に充当されます。請求書受領後24時間以内に残金をお支払いいただけない場合、保証金は返金できません。落札を放棄した入札者は、その後の銀座ショーマが開催するすべてのオークションへの参加をお断りします。
当社のプラットフォーム
当社は、当社のオークションプラットフォームおよびプラットフォーム上のすべてのコンテンツについて、その正確性を保証するものではありません。当社は、いつでもプラットフォーム上の情報を更新することができます。当社のオークションページが何らかの理由で利用できない場合、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
入札について
すべてのオークションアイテムには、リザーブ価格が設定されています。
入札は、当社のプラットフォームを通じて行われたもののみ受け付けられます。
入札は次の2つの方法で行うことができます。(1) 手動で入札額を入力する通常の方法、(2) 増額入札ボタンを使用する方法です。
最高額の入札を行った方を落札者とします。複数の入札者が同一額の入札を行おうとした場合には、当社のプラットフォームが最初に受信し承認した入札が優先されます。
各オークションは、指定された日時に開始され終了します。当社は、サーバーやインターネットに障害が発生した場合、またはそれ以外の理由により、当社の適切なオークション運営に支障が生じると判断した場合には、オークションを中止または中断する権利を有します。
通貨換算
すべての入札は日本円で表示され、最終決済も日本円で処理されます。当社は、為替変動の信頼性に対するいかなる保証も行いません。
支払と受領
入札された方は、商品を購入し、指定期間内（注文請求書受領から24時間以内）に代金を払う契約を締結したとみなされます。落札に成功された方には、オークション終了後、請求書をお送りします。オンライン決済の方法は、銀行振込、PayPal、主要なクレジットカードまたは、デビットカードでのお支払いから選択することができます。落札者は、銀行またはカード会社から請求されるすべての取引手数料を負担することに同意するものとします。
落札価格に加えて、購入者は、適用される税金、関税、送料を負担することに同意します。請求書受領後24時間以内にお支払いがない場合、銀座ショーマは次点の落札者に商品を提供する権利を有します。
著作権について
本サイトに掲載されているすべての画像および文章の著作権は、銀座ショーマに帰属します。
追加条項
本利用規約の内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後に当サイトを利用された場合は、変更後の規約に同意されたものとみなします。ご利用にあたっては、利用規約の最新の内容およびすべての変更点を必ずご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。
準拠法
本利用規約および本規約に基づく取引は、日本法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。
